Do you have a passion for motorsports and HR? Then this is your chance! Van Amersfoort Racing is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to strengthen our team at the office in Zeewolde.
As an HR intern, you will actively participate in our HR department and support the HR Manager in various tasks. You will be given a wide range of tasks and the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience. You will take responsibility for your internship by being proactive and eager to learn!
What will you do as an HR Intern?
Putting personnel files in order.
Drafting and processing employment contracts.
Confirming HR related matters.
Participate in various HR projects.
Managing the Careers inbox and ensuring smooth handling of applications and questions.
Drafting improvement plans and policy proposals aimed at strengthening HR processes.
Coordinate and document internal HR policies and procedures, and ensure clear communication to management and employees.
Daily HR activities and ad-hoc tasks.
Who are we looking for?
You are following a relevant higher professional education course (for example HRM, Business Administration or similar).
You are available from February 2025 for an internship.
You have an eye for detail and work in a structured manner.
You are enthusiastic, eager to learn and enjoy working in a small team.
Available full-time for at least 5 to 6 months.
Excellent language skills in both English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
Live near our office in Zeewolde or you can reach it easily.
