Description
To be a proactive member of the customer service team ensuring that a high level of service is provided to all customers and clients.
Ensure that all contact points throughout the customer journey are reflective of the brand and high standards, exceeding expectations. Have a customer-centric attitude and ability to work on multiple events at one time and keep a clear head throughout.
*This position is a 6 month full-time contract

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day hospitality enquiries
- Ensure all operational systems are working and up to date.
- Maintain and foster positive relationships to enhance sales.
- Provide accurate product and up to date service information.
- Proactively offer good customer service to all customers across all products
- Handle and resolve customer complaints within role boundaries.
- Identify and escalate priority customer issues!
- Provide customer service at events key events, such as the F1. MotoGP and Festival.
- Complete administration tasks as and when requested and follow up customer calls where necessary
- Produce a debrief improvement plan post events.

- Service level of responding to customers in agreed time
