Success in this role will be if you… (deliverables)
Process the Employee employment and pay data to a high level of accuracy
Manage variable data
Starters / Leavers / Changes
Statutory payroll requirements (Tax, National Insurance etc.)
Manage changes to employee data in HR Systems, ensuring data is accurate
Processing all aspects of the Payroll on a monthly basis
Involved with our Expat payrolls and international workers
Point of contract for employee queries on HR Systems and Payroll queries
Manage the EWD (Employee Worldwide database) reporting to Daimler
Ad Hoc reporting from the HRIS to support compensation & benefit activities
