What you'll do
Work alongside expert engineers in designing, verifying, and validating high-speed serial links for cutting-edge products.
- Support the functional design and verification process to ensure reliable data transfer and protocol compliance.
- Utilize simulation and formal verification tools such as VCS, Verdi, and vc_formal in hands-on project work.
- Assist in integrating serial link solutions into larger system architectures and packaging.
- Contribute innovative ideas, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in continual improvement initiatives.
What you need
- Recent graduate in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, VLSI, Microelectronics, or related fields.
- Fresh graduate from the class of 2024 or 2025.
- Strong digital and analog fundamentals; knowledge of CMOS integrated circuit design is a plus.
- Understanding of semiconductor technology is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Verilog and System Verilog required; exposure to VMM, UVM, or OVM methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with simulation tools such as VCS, Verdi, and formal verification tools (vc_formal) preferred.
- Script programming skills in Perl or Python preferred.
- Domain knowledge of protocols such as Unipro, Mphy, or PCIE is a significant advantage.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and innovative in bringing solutions to complex problems.
- Must not be enrolled in any M-Tech programs or postgraduate diplomas, and should not be employed in a full-time position.
- Limited previous internship experience is acceptable.
