Purpose of the Role:
McLaren sells a wide range of consumer merchandise and licensed products through authorised resellers, B2B activities and an expanding eCom business.
The primary purpose of the role is to support the B2B Sales Team and Licensing department in the purchasing, order processing, logistics and invoicing and systems management / administrative duties of the department. Providing excellent administrative support the role will contribute to deliver sales and profitability to a growing, revenue generating department and success focused racing team.
The role will involve working with a wide variety of contacts at all levels – across McLaren Racing and our Sponsor Partners as well as with external suppliers and licensees.
Role Dimensions:
This is a part time role - 25 hours per week, based at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking. No travel is required.
Principle Accountabilities
Maintain B2B Salesforce system, assist with updating of the B2B sales platform data and asset management, all product and asset uploads, weekly updates of stock levels, customer account information, CRM and general administrative tasks associated with the sales e-portal platform.

McLaren Racing is based at the iconic McLaren Technology Centre (MTC) near Woking.
