POSITION SUMMARY:
The Retail Photo Associate will assist customers interested in purchasing photos from the IMS Official Photo Shop. These transactions will require the associate to use Photoshop skills to digitally size and touch up images. Additionally, the retail photo associate will assist customers and staff with archive research.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Provide great customer service to all visitors to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
- Using current point of sale system, efficiently conduct transactions with photo retail customers.
- Using Photoshop, size, cleanup, and print photos for customers.
- Assist retail photo patrons with digital archive research.
- Assist retail photo team with keeping work spaces neat.
- Assist retail photo team with research projects.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education
- High school diploma required
Skills/Experience
- Working knowledge of Photoshop software is preferred.
- Commitment to working with people from diverse backgrounds and commitment to cultural competency.
- Ability to uphold and consistently demonstrate the Penske Entertainment Standards.
- Photoshop skills preferred.
Travel/Work Hours/Flexibility
- General office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
- Longer hours and weekends required for the Month of May and other major racing events.
