Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
From 2026, Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship.
The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for innovative technologies and passion for racing. The power unit comes from Neuburg, while the chassis is developed in Hinwil. The takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into one factory team - and you can be part of it.
What do you need to bring with you? The mindset of an athlete. So if you are someone who never gives up and for whom limits are only something to be overcome, then bring technology with us to Formula 1. Become part of the unique project and make motorsport history.
The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Neuburg (Germany) location.
In program management, we act as the central unit of Audi Formula Racing GmbH. We form the interface between the technical areas, the supply chain and the financial management of the company and are therefore responsible for the complex project management for the development and production of the Audi F1 Powertrain. We operate in a highly exciting, always time-critical and rapidly changing environment. Through intensive collaboration, we ensure transparency in achieving the project goals and early identification of project risks.
In addition to high personal standards, willingness to communicate and team performance, enjoyment at work is also a priority for us! Due to the interdependence of many different topics in our area of responsibility, close collaboration and a high degree of openness are prerequisites for our successful work.
