Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
From 2026, Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship.
The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for innovative technologies and passion for racing. The power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG will turn two teams into one factory team - and you can be part of it.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Neuburg (Germany) site.
In finance, as the central interface for Audi Formula Racing GmbH, we ensure that all areas are provided with appropriate budgets and necessary resources and ensure that clear framework conditions and relevant KPIs for content control are transparently available.
YOUR TASKS
You take responsibility for asset accounting in accordance with IFRS, HGB and tax law and plan and organize the asset inventory
You independently assess all business transactions related to fixed assets and prepare complex business transactions in a way that is appropriate for the target group
You actively participate in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and support in general ledger and subsidiary accounting
As a contact person, you are available for specialist departments and auditors
You will be involved in the optimization, digitalization and automation of processes and workflows
You support projects within the finance area
YOUR PROFILE
You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a comparable qualification with further training as an accountant
You have already gained several years of professional experience in the field of accounting, bookkeeping or auditing
A sound knowledge of accounting (HGB and IFRS) as well as a confident use of MS Office and SAP FI/CO are among your strengths
You are an ambitious team player and have the communication skills to explain complex accounting topics pragmatically but also to describe them in an expert manner
You are fluent in German or English and are willing to learn basic knowledge of the other language
