Our skilled Technicians, Mechanics, Fabricators and Engineers work together every step of the way to design, build and run elite competition cars on the track and off-road across the globe.Due to sustained and growing demand on our in-house electrical loom manufacturing team, we are looking for an Electrical Technician to join us in Banbury, providing support across our programmes.Key Responsibilities:
Build and test wiring looms and harnesses from technical drawings.Work as part of an agile team, in a fast-moving environment.Carry out hands-on work competently to set production times.Feedback to the Technical Engineers on issues identified and make suggestions for continuous improvement.
Who are we looking for?Our ideal candidate will have previous experience building wiring looms and harnesses from engineering drawings, and have an understanding of electrical theory. You will have a flexible approach to work and be able to work calmly under pressure. Previous experience within motorsport is preferred but not essential. A meticulous attitude to record keeping is essential.What can we offer you?
