Your mission
- Customer support via e-mail, service hotline and live chat
- Create, process and track international customer orders through delivery
- Fulfill requested changes to existing orders
- Cancellation of orders, handle returns and complete refunds
- Communication with warehouse
- Process and maintain master data in our ERP system
- Maintain and modify delivery dates in the Webshop system in cooperation with our purchasing and logistics department
Your profile
- Ideally first experience in customer service, sales or related business fields
- Career changers are also welcome
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written form
- Fully fluent in English (at least C1 level), any other language is a plus
- High attention for detail
