About the role
Work closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver best-in-class service across the Performance Enabling functions to drive a high-performance culture and provide comprehensive HR support and guidance.
Actively contribute to build organisation and people capability aligned to the wider business strategy.
To actively contribute to the Team’s primary objective of consistently being a top three team in the FIA Constructor’s Championship
Primary Responsibilities
Establish strong working relationships by conducting regular meetings with key stakeholders within Commercial & Marketing, IT, Finance, Young Driver/ Heritage Programme.
Supporting HR Business Partners as required.
First point of contact for case management and tracking for employee relations (investigations, disciplinary, grievance, performance management, probation reviews), escalating to the Senior/HR Business Partner where necessary.
Support team members and develop and coach managers in line with internal policies and HR best practice.
Coordinating actions from the talent profiling and performance review processes.
Support in the development of training plans, placing training initiatives (including e-learning) and arranging training activities as and when required, in coordination with the HR & Talent Development Specialist.
With the support of the HR Business Partners, actively support the effective management of business area’s headcount requirements ensuring budget targets are achieved, and cost cap opportunities are optimised.
Collaborate with your fellow HR Advisors in collating and analysing workforce planning data to establish trends and propose solutions to workforce planning issues.
Support the annual pay review process.
Main point of contact for absence management & analysing data trends, proactively looking for areas of improvement. Supporting employees within the occupational health process.
Maintain accurate team member documentation.
Support the Senior/HR Business Partners with contract changes & variations.
Actively contribute in key initiatives to successfully implement and enhance the culture
Support the HR Business Partners with Project work and take ownership of small-scale projects (including change management).
Responsible for supporting recruitment, performance management, implementing HR initiatives and advising, guiding, and supporting all team members and management.
Where required, support the onboarding and off-boarding activities.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees.
To work proactively, responsibly, and professionally at all times and to respect and comply with the company’s reporting structure.

Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Company.
Skills & Knowledge Required
Ideally qualified, or studying towards, CIPD Level 5, or equivalent qualification or experience experience.
Ideally, possesses previous experience in a similar role, working within a high-pace and high-performance environment.
Possesses excellent working knowledge and experience of HR in a professional workplace and have a practical and hands on approach.
Possesses a good understanding of UK employment legislation, HR policy and process.
A confident, approachable & professional communicator at all levels, able to adapt style as required.
Strong organisational, communication and conflict resolution skills.
High professional standards including quality of work, high accuracy, and attention to detail.
Able to remain confident and motivated under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Agile and adaptive, with the ability to calmly and confidently work under pressure to achieve targets and deliver results within required timescales.
Possesses a flexible attitude and ability to work part of a team in a demanding and rapidly changing environment.
Results orientated and confident in decision-making skills.
