We are looking for a Head of Enterprise Systems to join us to lead the transformation and management of Williams' enterprise-wide systems, ensuring our race operations and business functions are powered by a cutting-edge, fully integrated technology ecosystem.
As a pivotal leader, you will drive strategic alignment and innovation across PLM, ERP, MES, and emerging systems like HRIS, enabling Williams to operate at peak performance both on and off the track.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic roadmap leadership: Own and execute the vision for enterprise systems, creating a seamless, future-proof integration between key systems that powers Williams’ operations across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions.
Business transformation: Play a crucial role in large-scale transformation projects, ensuring our enterprise systems evolve to meet future business demands.
Vendor and partner management: Build strong, strategic relationships with key vendors and service providers, ensuring Williams leverages best-in-class technology solutions.
Team leadership and development: Lead and inspire a high-performance team, driving a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Empower your team to shape the future of Williams’ technology landscape.
Operational excellence: Drive system uptime, accelerate issue resolution, and ensure enterprise systems function smoothly and efficiently across all business units.
Collaboration: Work closely within across teams to deliver integrated plans, aligning enterprise system capabilities with Williams’ strategic goals.
Innovation and future-proofing: Lead the adoption of new technologies and practices that push the boundaries of what’s possible in F1 engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
Skills and experience required:
Strategic vision: Proven ability to define and implement a long-term, integrated enterprise systems roadmap, ensuring technology solutions align with evolving business goals.
Enterprise system expertise: Deep experience with PLM, ERP, and MES systems in fast-paced engineering/manufacturing environments, with a strong grasp of how these systems interact and support business operations.
Strong communication and leadership skills: Exceptional at building relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and commitment to shared goals.
Change leader: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale business and technology transformations, embracing continuous improvement and innovation.
