About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity in our Facilities team for a Facilities Maintenance Technician.
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, your roles and responsibilities will include:
Completing building fabric repairs and maintenance under the management of the Facilities Maintenance Manager to achieve agreed standards as expected of a champion winning Formula One Team.
Carry out repairs and maintenance including re-lamping, ceiling repairs, wall & door/joinery repairs, carpet and flooring repairs, tiling, plumbing, helpdesk tasks, furniture churn, meeting room layouts and general repairs and housekeeping activities.
To be successful you will have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
A positive and can-do attitude.
Strong team working skills
Ability to work to high standards of quality in carpentry, plumbing and other general maintenance skills with a right first time mentality.
