Hendrick Motorsports, a championship-winning NASCAR operation, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contract Manufacturing Business Specialist. This pivotal role will support our expanding Technical Solutions Group (TSG), contributing to the success of the fastest growing sector of the company. In this role, you will efficiently manage the TSG office, provide direct support to its Executives, and assist in sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly self-sufficient, proactive, and adaptable to the evolving needs of the TSG. They should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision, and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to Executives and department heads, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering, restocking, and ensuring the availability of essential items.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, ensuring records are up to date and accessible.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and equipment needs.
Meeting and Event Coordination:
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and department events, including catering and technology setup.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, team-building activities, and client meetings.
Communication and Liaison:
- Serve as the point of contact between the Technical Solutions Group and its clients, facilitating communication and information flow.
- Act as a liaison between Executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Sales and Marketing Support:
- Assist the Sales and Marketing departments in creating and editing marketing decks, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company, work booths, and engage with potential clients.
- Collect and analyze feedback from trade shows and events to refine marketing strategies.
Project Support:
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, preparing project documentation, and coordinating team efforts.
- Support cross-functional projects by gathering information, compiling reports, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new office processes and workflows.
- Handle any additional tasks or responsibilities that arise, adapting to the evolving needs of the team and organization.
Customer Service:
- Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls, address inquiries and resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate person.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

Should be able to handle a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and be able to prioritize effectively. Experience in a professional sports team preferred.
Computer Skills:
Requires high level proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs, including extensive experience with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Communication Skills:
Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel. Must maintain the highest degree of confidentiality. Should demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Attendance Expectations:
The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands:
Requires vision (near, distance) and sense of touch. Constantly sits. Frequently stands, walks, manually manipulates, and lifts/carries up to 20 pounds.
Environment Demands:
Primarily works indoors in an office environment.
Verbal and Writing Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations. Requires an ability to anticipate and deliver upon the needs of the organization.
