We are searching for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented International Events Manager to support our Senior Experiences Manager in creating and executing outstanding events and experiences for our Partners and guests. This role involves contributing to the planning and delivery of a diverse range of international and UK-based events and enhancing the overall guest experience across William’s events platforms. As an International Events Manager, you will be responsible for:
Coordinate event logistics, venues, and vendor management, from concept development to post-event evaluations.
Travel the globe to deliver exceptional international experiences.
Build and maintain positive relationships with our Partner Managers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout each event.
Assist in promoting events to Partners, prospects, and internal team members through various channels, including email campaigns, invitations, and social media.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance event concepts and engagement strategies that align with the team's objectives.
Participate in budget management tasks to ensure cost-effective event planning and adherence to financial guidelines.
Maintain accurate event documentation, including schedules, contracts, and budgets.
Our ideal International Events Manager will have:
4+ years of experience in event management, with exposure to international events.
Previous luxury brand event planning experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organisational and communication skills.
Contribute and collaborate on ideas, opportunities, and blockers as part of your immediate and wider team such as sharing information on industry insight and identifying blockers and opportunities.
Provide ongoing constructive feedback to colleagues at all levels contributing to continual improvement and growth.

Problem-Solving. Quickly address any issues that arise during events and find solutions.
Time Management. Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
