We have a new opportunity to be part of our team in the role of Supply Chain & Race Team Product Analyst (D365).
Responsibilities (for the Supply Chain & Race Team modules of the ERP system):
ERP System Implementation & Support:
Actively contribute to the ongoing deployment and configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics D365 ERP system.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365-related issues.
DevOps & Continuous Integration:
Develop and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines for Dynamics 365 deployments across Supply Chain and the Race Team Functions.
Automate processes to improve efficiency and reliability of system updates and releases.
System Administration:
Manage and monitor the Supply Chain and Race Team capability of the Dynamics D365 environment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Oversee system backups, role profiles, disaster recovery planning, and data integrity protocols.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with Supply Chain and Race Team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments to ensure seamless integration of D365 capabilities.
Training & Documentation:
Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users (within Supply Chain and Race Team) to maximize the utilization of the D365 system.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Implement monitoring tools to track system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports on system health, performance metrics, and incident resolutions.
General:
To chair, attend and proactively participate in meetings as required
To work proactively, responsibly and professionally always and to respect and comply with the company’s reporting structure
To maintain and develop skill levels to industry standard and maintain current and thorough working knowledge of Microsoft D365
Any other duties as reasonably requested aligned to you job role
Skills & Knowledge:
Education & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role, supporting Supply Chain in a fast-paced and complex environment (previous Formula one or motorsport experience would be ideal)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent
Substantial experience with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics D365.
Knowledge of Supply Chain and D365 best practice
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and scripting (PowerShell, Azure DevOps, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of system administration, networking, and IT security principles.
Professional Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
