We are currently looking for a Engineer (m/f/d) Powertrain Design to be part of our Design Team and works motorsport team in Cologne, Germany. In this role you will be responsible for development and design of powertrain components and systems for state-of-the-art engines.

Your Responsibilities:
Development and design of powertrain components and systems for state-of-the-art engines
Creation and optimization of 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software
Conducting simulations and analyses to ensure the functionality and reliability of powertrain systems
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to define and implement requirements and specifications
Participating in design reviews and developing improvement proposals
Continuous development of design methods and processes
Your Profile:
Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in powertrain design, preferably in the automotive sector
Proficient in CAD software CATIA
Experience with simulation tools and analysis methods
Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in the automotive sector
Ideally experience in the field of motorsport applications, especially in the areas of e-fuels and H2-ICE
Creative and analytical thinking as well as a structured working approach
Teamwork, strong communication skills, and high commitment
Good command of English, both spoken and written
