Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Own the process to generate the Infineon’s Backend Platform Roadmaps and Unit Process Roadmaps as part of the Infineon technology roadmapping process
- Work out proposals for Operations Backend Technology development strategy
- Manage roadmaps for Frontend/ Backend overarching interconnect technology development
- Work on roadmap aspects in the area of process integration at the Frontend/ Backend Interface
- Work as an interface to Test Roadmaps and Wafer Technology & Unit Process Roadmaps, link and synchronize roadmaps in Frontend and Backend
- Perform requirement and competition analysis to identify gaps in the field of interconnect technologies
- Initiate the setup of technology development projects (pre-development) as consequence of the released development strategy to ensure timely readiness of critical processes and backup solutions

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics or similiar
- More than 10 years of experience in development and manufacturing along the entire Supply Chain
- A broad understanding of the Frontend as well as Backend Technology and an excellent understanding of major trends in Assembly Technology Development with focus on power technologies
- Profound knowledge in interconnect technologies, semiconductor reliability and development /business processes with their milestones
- Intercultural experience in Europe and Asia as well as in managing multi-site projects
- Fluent English communications skills, German as a plus
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
