As an Engineer Process Lithography (f/m/div), you will be responsible for the stability and continuous improvement of lithography processes in a highly automated semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will analyze process deviations, optimize existing workflows, and actively contribute to the advancement of innovative manufacturing technologies at our Dresden site.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Support and oversee various lithography processes and equipment for the production of 200 mm and 300 mm wafers
- Perform process control using statistical methods (SPC/APC) in a highly automated manufacturing environment
- Analyze and evaluate process deviations and derive and implement appropriate improvement measures
- Ensure process stability and drive the continuous optimization of existing manufacturing processes
- Support technical problem-solving activities in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to projects focused on advancing processes, technologies, and manufacturing standards

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A completed university degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
- Ideally, first experience and knowledge in single process technology
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as 8D or FMEA is an advantage
- Strong analytical and structured way of working with an interest in complex technical challenges
- High level of initiative and sense of responsibility when working on technical topics
- Fluent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
