Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Provide new single process solutions to our technology projects
- Establish first-of-a-kind recipes and setups on our equipment to support the needs of future Infineon products
- Collaborate closely with other departments to establish characterization methods for newly developed single processes
- Screen the tool supplier market and initiate as well as execute demos and evaluations for innovative equipment
- Guide new characterization methods from first tests until successful implementation into volume production
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A Master’s or PhD degree in Physics or a comparable scientific field
- More than three years of experience in the characterization of semiconductor materials
- A strong focus and deep expertise in XRD or C/V measurement techniques
- A proven team player with an open-minded and proactive communication style
- A structured and precise work style, characterized by a high level of accuracy and organization
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are considered an advantage
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
