An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Cleaning Operative to join the team at Donington Park.</p>
Working within the Site and Facilities Team, alongside the Venue Services Coordinator, you will support the delivery of large-scale events including the World Superbike Championship (WSBK), British Superbike Championship, British Touring Car Championship and British GT Championship, as well as a busy programme of additional race meetings and venue activity.</p>
All cleaning roles are offered on a casual, seasonal basis. This position would suit a practical, reliable and hardworking individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the venue.</p>
Key Duties (including but not limited to):</strong></p>
Preparing and cleaning hospitality suites to a high standard ahead of event days</li> Emptying bins across site and maintaining general cleanliness throughout the venue</li> Vacuuming and maintaining office spaces to provide a clean working environment</li> Litter picking and post-event clean-up following large event days</li> Ensuring company assets and property are protected at all times</li> Using cleaning machinery safely and for its intended purpose</li> Reporting any faults, damage or losses promptly to the Venue Services Coordinator or Estates Manager</li> Maintaining venue presentation to the highest standard as directed</li> Assisting with the duty rota, including weekend events and evening venue use</li> Complying at all times with COSHH regulations, Noise at Work Regulations and MSV’s Safety, Health & Environmental policies</li> Working independently when required and consistently delivering high standards</li> Engaging positively with colleagues and visitors in a professional and polite manner</li> </ul> The Ideal Candidate Will:</strong></p>
Have previous experience working within a cleaning role</li> Be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised</li> Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail</li> Be flexible and willing to work weekends and occasional evenings during the summer season</li> Be comfortable working on a casual, seasonal contract basis</li> Have a Full UK Driving licence</li> </ul> Joining the Donington Park team means becoming part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for motorsport enthusiasts.
