Responsible for External Wafer Manufacturing (EWM) production planning and logistics operation for the assigned account, work closely with internal and external parties to ensure right wafers with right quantity are started and delivered to right destination while meeting the quality parameters.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for External Wafer Manufacturing (EWM) production planning and logistics operation for the assigned account, work closely with internal and external parties to ensure right wafers with right quantity are started and delivered to right destination while meeting the quality parameters.
- Review suppliers’ planning and logistics area periodically, generate ideas to make the collaboration more efficient and robust.
- Generate and communicate demand plan and obtain commitments from supply chain and in house planners.
- Work closely with external production partners and internal team to propose new ideas and drive changes to improve efficiency.
- Work on automated report creation to innovate identified manual task.
- Monitor and measure high ageing production lots in supply chain flow.
- Lead/co-lead projects that make the processes leaner and faster.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT related or equivalent.
- Excellent English proficiency in oral and written.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in semiconductor logistics/ supply chain /manufacturing.
- Experience in Production Planning with internal and external partners.
- Able to communicate and work together with all level of people.
- Self starter/ driven, excellent analytical skills to perform deviation management and systematic work approach
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, SAP, Tableau which are required to support daily operation and report development.
