Stellantis is looking for an HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team in Maia, Portugal.
We are seeking a recent graduate with strong motivation to start a career in Human Resources, eager to learn and develop within a structured and dynamic environment. This role will provide exposure to core HR processes and support the continuous improvement of HR operations and standards.
The HR Trainee will participate the HR team in a variety of support and organizational activities, contributing to the efficiency, consistency, and quality of HR data, documentation, and internal processes.
Key Responsibilites:
- Participate in local HR operational and support activities across core Human Resources processes.
- Contribute to the standardization, review, and improvement of HR procedures.
- Assist in the organization, consolidation, and maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
- Support HR team members in data management, reporting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Eligibility for IEFP internship program.
- Detailed-oriented, with analytical thinking and structured approach to tasks.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and develop in HR.
- Strong digital literacy and confidence in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Language Requirements:
- Portuguese: Fluent
- English: Advanced
