Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Provide technical project management of high‑performance mixed‑signal integrated circuits from initial concept through prototype approval and into production ramp. This includes ensuring manufacturability, yield, testability, and reliability.
- Serve as the technical interface to customers and internal stakeholders (primarily project management) across specification, design, layout, process, test, and product engineering
- Prepare requirements and documentation needed for design reviews, internal discussions, test planning, and overall design documentation
- Supervise the design, simulation, verification, and validation of integrated circuits in collaboration with chip architects, analog, layout, digital design, verification, and validation engineers
- Apply experience in circuit simulations, including PVT, Monte Carlo, mixed‑signal simulations, modeling, optimization, and related analyses
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- PhD, Master’s, or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics, with an emphasis in analog/mixed‑signal IC design or a related field
- 7+ years of combined experience in analog and mixed‑signal IC design and IC technical leadership
- Experience with MATLAB or Python for system‑level simulations
- Experience using EDA and Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) tools
- Experience with requirements-management tools such as Jama or Codebeamer
- A team player with excellent listening skills and the ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is plus
