Role Objective
The Aftersales Zone Manager is responsible for managing and driving aftersales business performance across assigned Southeast Asia markets. The role focuses on parts sales growth, inventory efficiency, importer and dealer performance, customer experience, service marketing, and operational improvement.
The position will work closely with importers, distributors, dealer partners and internal stakeholders to strengthen aftersales revenue, service quality and customer satisfaction in line with Stellantis standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Parts Sales and Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve parts sales targets.
- Drive wholesale performance through importers, distributors and stockists.
- Identify market opportunities to expand parts sales and improve market penetration.
2. Inventory and Supply Chain Management
- Monitor stock cover, inventory levels and parts availability.
- Minimize backorders and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Support actions to improve inventory turnover and forecast accuracy.
3. Customer Experience and Service Quality
- Drive initiatives to improve aftersales customer experience.
- Support resolution of customer issues and service-related concerns.
- Improve service standards across dealer and importer networks.
4. Service Marketing and Commercial Initiatives
- Plan and execute service marketing campaigns.
- Support commercial policies to increase aftersales revenue and customer retention.
- Drive parts, service and customer loyalty initiatives.
5. Dealer and Importer Engagement
- Work closely with dealers, importers and distributors to improve aftersales performance.
- Implement dealer engagement programmes and service process improvements.
- Support network readiness for ICE, hybrid and electric vehicle operations.
6. Performance Management and Governance
- Monitor parts volume achievement for both sell-in and sell-out performance across dealers and importers.
- Track dealer operational performance, including vehicle UIO throughput, service campaign execution, service planning and inventory planning efficiency.
- Monitor inventory KPIs such as parts category stock cover, forecast accuracy and backorder rate.
- Drive NPS improvement and monitor VOR status and closure progress.
- Ensure warranty compliance and effective cost control.
- Track service productivity and operational process compliance.
- Support stockist development progress and channel performance.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, action plans and performance governance updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in aftersales, parts sales, inventory management, dealer operations or customer service.
- Experience in automotive OEM, importer, distributor or dealer network environment.
- Knowledge of electric or hybrid vehicle technology will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work with cross-functional teams and external business partners.
- Experience in Southeast Asia or international markets is preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
- Proficiency in French / Chinese would be an added advantage.
