Hybrid: This role requires being on site 3 days per week .
What you will do (Responsibilities)
-Act as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM stores
-Facilitating mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met
-Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities
-Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM
-Build and manage relationships
-Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives
-Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing
-Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities
-Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers
-Assist in customer problem resolution
-Performs other related duties as assigned
Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications)

Ability to manage regional targets, analyze commercial performance, and prepare executive business performance reports.

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields ( mandatory ).

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial management, dealer management, or similar roles ( mandatory ).

Experience in the automotive industry, retail segment ( mandatory ).

Intermediate English level, with the ability to participate in business meetings and deliver presentations ( mandatory ).

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools ( mandatory ).

Availability to work under a hybrid model ( 3 days on site ).

Availability for national travel to manage and support the assigned dealer network.
