What You Will Do?
We are seeking a skilled Automation & Maintenance Engineer to provide technical expertise in machinery and equipment support, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. This role works closely with the Maintenance and Process Engineering teams to enhance safety, quality, and responsiveness while implementing sustainable improvements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and document requirements required to design an automotive system
- Design and manage key strategic interfaces within systems to enable component reuse and consistency to standard methodologies
- Oversee requirements development with other activities.
- Provide support to other specialists for root cause analysis
- Strong ability to expertly capture and analyze empirical data.
- Design Tests to efficiently find opportunities for design improvements
- Stay on top of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Identify and document system vulnerabilities and craft mitigation action plans; track corrective actions
Work Appropriately
On Site: This position requires working on site on a full-time basis.
This position requires to change shifts (4x3)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related Engineering field.
- Proven experience in maintenance and industrial manufacturing environments.
- Strong background in preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and failure diagnostics.
- Solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
Technical Skills:
- PLC programming and troubleshooting: Rockwell (Allen-Bradley) and Siemens
- Automation systems: Fanuc robots
- Vision systems: Keyence, Matrox
- Industrial networks and communication protocols
- Troubleshooting of automated production equipment
