We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive and optimise the performance of our Circular Economy activities across Enlarged Europe.
At the crossroads of business, sustainability and innovation and as part of the Parts & Services derpartment, you will play a key role in managing the product offering, pricing strategy and operational processes, ensuring both business growth and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Product and Portfolio Management
- Develop and manage the Circular Economy product portfolio (remanufacturing, repair, recycle)
- Identify new product opportunities and support range extensions and tenders
- Monitor product performance and define action plans to drive growth
- Ensure strong product visibility through catalogue management
- Analyse stock to support targeted commercial actions
Pricing
- Define and maintain competitive and consistent pricing in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Manage deposit schemes and dedicated price lists (e.g. reconditioners)
Processes & Operations
- Oversee core collection processes and related pricing
- Support operational flows for reconditioners (referencing, order management, logistics)
- Contribute to key transformation projects
Cross-functional Activities
- Contribute to reporting, presentations and KPI tracking for Circular Economy performance
- Support budget planning and product objectives definition
- Participate in business reviews and performance monitoring
Your Profile
- Degree in Business and/or Marketing, with 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
- Background in the automotive industry or a product-driven environment is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Team-oriented, open-minded, and collaborative
- Business-driven mindset, with the ability to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives
- Agile and reactive, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong Excel skills are required
- Experience in product management and pricing is a plus
