Job Description
T11 is seeking a proactive and versatile Community Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and owner experience within our premier car condo community at Circuit of The Americas. This role serves as the primary point of contact for facility-related matters and owner support, ensuring the property remains operational, secure, clean, and presentation-ready at all times.
The Community Supervisor will coordinate maintenance activity, oversee vendor relationships, support preventative maintenance efforts, and assist with owner-requested services within units whenever safely possible. This position requires a hospitality-driven mindset, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the flexibility to support special events and operational needs. The standard schedule for this role is Wednesday through Sunday to support peak weekend activity.
Requirements
- Manage daily operations and maintenance of the T11 Car Condo facilities and common areas
- Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, HOA representatives, and condo owners regarding facility-related matters
- Coordinate owner work orders, maintenance requests, vendor scheduling, and follow-up communication
- Track repairs, preventative maintenance schedules, and contractor services
- Coordinate access for vendors, contractors, deliveries, and owner-requested services
- Perform routine inspections of buildings, garages, corridors, elevators, restrooms, pools, and site infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and assist with minor HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and facility-related repairs prior to vendor escalation
- Oversee building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, roofing, and specialty systems
- Support grounds upkeep and seasonal property projects, including holiday lighting installations
- Assist in developing operational procedures and owner service standards
- Support budgeting, maintenance forecasting, and operational reporting
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues and after-hours situations as needed
- Work closely with security, operations, construction, and property ownership teams
- Support additional operational needs as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 5+ years of facility management, commercial property management, or hospitality operations experience
- Experience working directly with owners, tenants, members, or high-end clientele preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial building systems and preventative maintenance practices
- Experience managing work orders and coordinating vendors
- Strong troubleshooting, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with maintenance software or CMMS systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Ability to walk large facilities and job sites daily
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events when required
