The Mission
As our Network Development Specialist, you will be the engine behind our network's expansion and optimization across Poland. Your daily impact will include:
- Growth & Prospecting: Actively identifying and acquiring new customers, specifically dealers and fleets.
- Relationship Management: Strengthening existing accounts through deep business commitment and loyalty initiatives.
- Strategic Analysis: Interpreting network statistics to create projects that drive commercial engagement among dealers.
- Innovation: Leading e-commerce development and implementing visualization projects across the dealer network.
- Operational Excellence: Managing document flow and results reporting in coordination with our corporate suppliers.
Who You Are
We are looking for a proactive professional who balances analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
- Communication: You possess a communicative level of English to collaborate effectively.
- Technical Skills: You are proficient in Office M365, with a particular strength in Excel.
- Mobility: You hold a valid Category B driving license and are ready for business trips within Poland.
- Experience (Plus): We highly value candidates with a background in sales, retail, or the automotive market.
