Key responsibilities in your new role
- Analysis, controlling and improvement of Equipment KPIs (e.g. OEE,UDT, SDT, MTBA, MTBF, etc.).
- Proficient in understanding machine elements, electrical &electronics, sensor & pneumatic, PLC, etc. and Performing extensive and complex repairs on existing equipment.
- Overseeing the production of equipment, provide & maintain documentation for equipment, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
- Define critical parts life span and consumption based on part function knowledge & material behavior, evaluation, OEM reference, etc.
- Creation and review of Machinery and Maintenance FMEA. Recover, investigate & implement countermeasures to prevent repetitive breakdown by analyzing critical alarms.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Physics-Instrumentation Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Hands-on experience with electronic production equipment, automation systems, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Strong knowledge of electronic systems, electrical circuits, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, electronic diagrams, and machine drawings.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving methodology
- Good in Communication, Leadership, Teamwork.
