The My Porsche Product Manager shapes that experience end to end - setting the North America product vision, translating customer and business needs into clear requirements, and guiding delivery, launch, and continuous improvement. Working hand in hand with Porsche AG (PAG), Porsche Digital (PDI), Porsche Financial Services (PFS), and the North American Porsche Center network, this role blends analytical and technical strength with empathy for the driver, cross-functional leadership, program management, and a relentless focus on measurable impact. Furthermore, the role explores various additional opportunities across the customer journey to excite prospects and improve customer experiences; avenues such as integration into Porsche Center Websites, service scheduling, test drive scheduling and event booking are just some of the examples within this scope.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own and continuously refine the North America app strategy, aligning global and regional objectives to strengthen Porsche’s premium omnichannel experience.
- Act as the primary business interface for My Porsche across PCNA, PFS, PAG, etc. ensuring customer and business needs are captured, clarified, and translated into prioritized into the global development streams.
- Shape and govern the initiative pipeline - framing epics, defining outcomes, and supporting Business Owners in prioritization and trade-off decisions across portfolios.
- Monitor competitors, digital trends and conduct customer/user research to identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations that guide the roadmap and elevate the end-to-end customer experience.
- Align with internal stakeholders, PAG, and the Product Manager community to define, maintain, and communicate the U.S.-market roadmap for the mobile app.
- Provide product leadership oversight through key agile touchpoints (e.g., planning, reviews, and retrospectives), removing escalations and enabling Product Managers to execute effectively.
- Lead stakeholder alignment and decision-making across functions, guiding Product Managers on priorities, sequencing, and scope based on customer value and business impact.
- Set outcome targets and KPIs, review performance analytics with Product Managers, and steer continuous improvement through data-driven backlog and roadmap adjustments.
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to leadership and governance forums (including committee presentations), and facilitate working sessions that connect long-term strategy to near-term execution.
- Oversee release governance and business readiness, ensuring launches meet quality standards and deliver against customer and business needs across the Porsche ecosystem and North American dealer network.
- Partner with PAG and PDI to plan budgets and allocate resources across initiatives, ensuring Product Managers have the capacity and support to meet product goals.
- Lead the Service Scheduler audit across the app and dealer network experience - assessing end-to-end performance, identifying gaps and root causes, and driving an aligned action plan with PCNA field colleagues and stakeholders to improve customer experience.
- Manage and develop the My Porsche Product Specialist (contractor), to drive tool adoption and Porsche Center support.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Marketing/Sales, or equivalent required
- Graduate degree or MBA is preferred
Experience (Job and Industry):
- 7+ years of experience in the Automotive, CRM or Consulting industry
- Experience in managing complex, international projects
- Experience in Product Management (upstream and/or downstream)
- Experience with agile working methodologies (Scrum and/or SAFe certification preferred)
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital trends, products and new technologies
- Experience in web or mobile app development or UI/UX is a plus

The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $135,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset.
Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
