Join our production team at TOYOTA RACING in Cologne. We're looking for a work student to assist in machine operation in the field of metallic 3D printing/additive manufacturing.
As a team player with a passion for technical tasks, you'll support the setup and implementation of processes for a metal 3D printing machine (DMG Mori) and an eroding machine (Mitsubishi). You'll also contribute to creating a professional working environment, document processes, and participate in quality control checks amongst process steps.
Your responsibilities will include supporting continuous process improvements (Kaizen activities), researching and structuring technical topics from scientific publications, and preparing, conducting, and evaluating test series and studies to develop and optimise process parameters.
To succeed in this role, you'll need good technical understanding, experience in metal processing, and knowledge of additive manufacturing. You should also have strong hand skills, a self-motivated approach, and excellent English language skills.
