At Prodrive, we're looking for an HR Administrator to join our HR team. As an HR Administrator, you will provide professional and confidential administration support to our five autonomous companies. Your key responsibilities will include preparing accurate contracts and other employment letters and documentation, updating the HR system with all employment changes, and carrying out pre-employment checks and reference requests.
You will also be responsible for onboarding all new starters onto the system, sending out and arranging new starter packs, ensuring correct filing of all paperwork and carrying out compliance checks, supporting recruitment activities, arranging interviews and liaising with candidates, managing and ordering uniform for new starters, managing the HR and recruitment inboxes, directing and responding to queries promptly, providing daily lunch cover and holiday cover for reception, and supporting on all other HR and office administration as required.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office and systems is essential, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. You will have a positive 'can do' attitude and a strong customer-focus, with a proactive and flexible approach to delivery. Previous experience within the HR sector would be advantageous but not essential.
