The purpose of this role is to support the Paint Manager and the Paint-Shop in the day-to-day running of the department.
- Exterior polishing of parts, ensuring you are using the correct material and tools.
- Ensuring finished parts do not have defects before shipping forward.

Attributes include previous carbon fibre experience, experience in a high-pressured/fast-paced environment, knowledge of the Automotive or Motorsport industry, being able to work to deadlines, following verbal and written instructions, working well within a team and independently, being extremely detail orientated, and having strong communication skills.
