Mission
The Data Champion acts as the local relay of the Group’s data governance. They ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of customer data in local systems, in alignment with the standards, tools, and guidelines defined by the central team. The Data Champion promotes a data-driven culture and serves as the main point of contact for all customer data-related topics at NSC level.
Key Objectives
- Ensure high data quality and consistency within Stellantis customer databases (Cfirst & CCBD).
- Implement and uphold Stellantis data governance roadmap and guidelines.
- Promote awareness and best practices related to data management in the NSC.
- Relay local data specificities and network requests regarding customer data.
Main Responsibilities
- Data-driven marketing
- Inform local data teams of available data to be used for marketing activation.
- Provide data analysis for specific local deep dives.
- Monitor local source data use both in terms of quality, compliance and commercial performance.
- Data Quality and Integrity
- Monitor data accuracy, completeness and freshness: analyze data dashboards, investigate variation causes.
- Identify and participate in correcting anomalies (duplicates, missing data, format errors) through JIRA.
- Assist privacy teams in collecting required information in right exercice specific requests or claims.
- Ensure compliance together with the NSC Privacy Champion and central privacy teams.
- Follow consent collection process compliance and central guidelines respect.
- Coordination and Animation
- Act as the primary liaison between local teams and the central data management team.
- Follow key data efficiency KPIs and coordinate with stakeholders related action plans
- Escalate local needs, challenges, and improvement ideas.
- Organize training or awareness sessions on data quality and compliance with NSC teams and network.
- Data Projects
- Contribute to data migration, integration and cleansing by providing business insights and test datasets.
- Support deployment of central initiatives at the subsidiary level by participating in building and testing new tools, data processes or dashboards (provide test datasets, reviewing evolutions or new tools …).
- Relay local projects to central data teams.
Required Skills
- Automotive ecosystem knowledge
- Strong knowledge of CRM local processes, network organization
- Understanding data governance, data quality, and privacy principles.
- Ability to communicate and simplify technical topics for non-experts.
- Attention to detail, autonomy, and good coordination skills.
