We are looking for a Customer Service Domestic Sales Specialist to join our team in Duisburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our customers. Your primary focus will be on domestic sales, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide competent customer service and communication with customers and external sales teams
- Maintain and manage customer and price data
- Create and process offers and orders professionally
- Handle and resolve commercial complaints
- Participate in internal and cross-functional projects
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training, preferably with a focus on customer service or sales
- Good knowledge of SAP (SD) and safe handling of MS Office 365
- Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a willingness to work in a team
- Self-motivated, reliable, and structured working style with high service orientation
