Key responsibilities in your new role
1. Be responsible for soldering/system soldering process daily sustaining and quality/productivity improvement
2. Daily DDM, MRB handling, regular document review/update, and process improvement to ensure process stability and contribute next level ofquality and productivity
3. Can use statistical data to analyze the process performance and comeout the solution when production is abnormal
4. Understand process and machine principle, and basic character ofmaterial
5. Know what and how the parameter setting, can find the weakness of process to improve
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
1. 3 years working experience on soldering process, able to work under pressure
2. Good communication skills to establish excellent team work
3. Strong statistical data analysis ability
4. Good oral and written English for international communication
5. Good practice on problem solving tools like 8D, DMAIC
6. Good Logical and systematical thinking
