The Real Estate Professional – India is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s corporate real estate portfolio and facility operations across India office location. The role ensures smooth day-to-day site operations, drives space utilization and occupancy efficiency, ensures compliance with local regulations and corporate policies, and provides transparent, accurate and timely reporting on key metrics such as occupancy, lease data, space utilization, operating costs, and financial performance. In addition to India operations, the role will support regional CRE initiatives, support strategic real estate and FM projects (expansions, relocations, retrofits, new sites), manage vendors and service providers, and drive cost optimization and energy efficiency programs, MIS reports aligned with corporate objectives.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
1.Lease Administration and portfolio governance

Support end-to-end lease transactions including new leases, renewals, amendments, exits, and handovers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease databases covering terms, critical dates, commercials, escalations, and compliance requirements.

Track lease milestones and proactively flag renewals, expiries, and risks.

Coordinate with Legal, Finance, landlords, and brokers for smooth documentation, approvals, and execution.

Support rent payments, CAM reconciliations, escalations, and audit requirements.

Prepare lease summaries, deviation notes, approval notes, and presentation decks for management review

2.Real Estate Project Management:
-
Manage and optimize the company’s India real estate and workplace portfolio, ensuring optimal use of offices, labs, and support facilities.

Assist in preparing office space layouts, seating plans, and furniture arrangements based on business requirements.

Support planning of workstations, meeting rooms, collaboration areas, and support spaces.
-
Ensure layouts follow basic workplace standards, safety, and ergonomics guidelines.

Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure facilities support evolving business needs (growth, consolidation, new functions, changes in headcount)
3.Real Estate Planning and Reporting:
- Support real estate and FM projects such as relocations, expansions, retrofit/renovations, new site setup, fit-outs, and facility improvements and Reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals and corporate standards.
- Drive workplace strategies including space planning, workplace experience improvements, and utilization optimization
- Maintain up‑to‑date floor plans, seating data, and headcount information.
- Track seat allocation, occupancy status, and vacant space.
- Prepare simple reports on space utilization and seating availability as required.
4.Stakeholder and Vendor Management:
- Manage Landlord and maintain cordial relationship handling leases and renewals
- Manage internal stakeholder engagement (Finance, HR, IT, Security, EHS, Business leaders) to align workplace and facilities services with business needs.
- Lead external vendor ecosystem including IFM providers, property managers, service contractors, project vendors, leasing agents, and specialist suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor SLAs/KPIs, ensure compliance, and drive performance improvements.
5.MIS, Reporting & Presentations
- Prepare regular MIS reports and dashboards related to leases, occupancy, FM operations, costs, and projects.
- Develop high-quality presentations for leadership and regional/global stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
- Maintain data accuracy across multiple sites and reporting systems.
- Provide analytical insights to support decision-making and operational improvement

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Strong understanding of lease administration and commercial real estate concepts.
- Knowledge of facility operations and service delivery models.
- Experience supporting real estate or facilities projects.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good communication and professional stakeholder management.
- Expertise in developing and managing MIS dashboards and management reports
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Real Estate, Lease Administration, Facility Management, or Project experience
- Experience working in a corporate, multinational, or sizable office portfolio environment preferred.
- Exposure to regional or multi-site operations is an advantage.
