We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team at our Thetford facility. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for assembling components in accordance with operator guidance system (OGS) and managing set timings to ensure build targets are met. You will also maintain a clean and tidy workspace, support all company and department activities associated with meeting the goal in the "Presidents Message", and adopt and practice Kaizen principles and concepts. Additionally, you will follow all general procedures as indicated in the General Procedures section of the Level 3 Procedures Manual, support and adhere to policies, procedures, and operational guidelines related to established quality management systems, and maintain working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
