This role is the single point of truth for measuring content performance across the digital customer journey, connecting content impact to funnel progression, pipeline contribution, and customer experience. As a Content Analytics Specialist, you will own and evolve the measurement framework for content performance, translating content strategy into clear KPIs, funnel logic, and structured reporting. You will act as the business product owner for content analytics, defining requirements, managing implementation with analytics, data, and customer experience teams, and ensuring scalable, high-quality measurement capabilities are in place. The core focus of the role is not on building dashboards or technical implementation yourself, but on defining what needs to be measured and how, ensuring it is implemented effectively across systems and teams, and leveraging insights to drive continuous content and journey optimization. In addition, you will work closely with the Customer Experience (CX) team to integrate qualitative and quantitative customer insights, shaping the right questions, guiding analyses, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for content strategy and digital performance.
