This job description reflects potential openings for the Spring 2027 Co-op/Internship Session (January-April/May). As a Creative Design and Research Co-op/Intern at Honda, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments, including Auto Design and User Experience, Research and Design, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Create business cases for new product proposals (physical and/or digital products, services)
- Work in tandem with Business Analytics consultancy
- Support Styling team with concept materials, sketches, and data modeling for entire vehicle or parts
- Support the Styling team with Color, Graphics, and material proposals
- Support the Styling team with User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI) Graphics, and animations
- Attend meetings and work with various internal teams to mature project through animations, model building, and storytelling
- Research North America Trends and Future Customer
Requirements:
- General Major Coursework
- Minimum 2.5 Cumulative GPA or higher
- Class status- Sophomore (by credit hour) or above
- Availability to work a minimum of 10 weeks at 40 hours per week
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program studying Product Design, Transportation Design, User Experience, Interaction Design or related field
- Valid U.S. Driver's License (exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis)
- Ability to secure your own transportation to and from work each day
