Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Manage quality and reliability-related topics for upcoming changes and improvements of serial products with internal partners; e.g. BE and/or FE organization
- Define strategic qualification plans for transfers, processes or suppliers’ changes as a member of an interdisciplinary team
- Plan, execute and assess the reliability test. Conduct root cause analysis in the laboratory if necessary
- Ensure the reliability of our products by defining qualification methods for future power semiconductor technologies and products
- Actively cooperate with corresponding QM departments from other Infineon locations
- Take part in risk assessments process and problem-solving activities, as expert and/or moderator
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A university degree in the field of physics, material sciences, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or a related technical field
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience, aligned with basic knowledge of semiconductors or electrical engineering /chemistry/physics
- Knowledge and use of technical statistical methods/programs
- Knowledge on reliability concepts and methods (e.g. power module)
- Solid knowledge of QM tools would be an advantage
- Fluency in English
