The Driver/Material Handler will drive Valvoline vehicles to customer locations and deliver Valvoline products with superior customer service and safety in mind.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive bulk/package delivery trucks and perform various services at customer delivery locations.
Efficiently load/unload bulk materials to and from totes and load/unload package material from trucks.
Select customer orders for shipment and assist with general cleaning and organization of the vehicles and various plant locations as needed.
Safely operate powered industrial forklifts.
Accurately select and stage outbound shipments.
Perform other warehouse functions to support overall plant operations (tote filling, cleaning & organizing, supporting pick/pack with material handlers).
Employees are responsible to follow all Valvoline and regulatory policy, procedures, and laws.
Employees must also complete safety and quality training as designated by Valvoline.
Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Class B Commercial Driver’s License with hazardous materials and tanker endorsements required. (Class A preferred)
Minimum 2 years safe driving experience of commercial vehicles.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
Customer service experience.
