This position is available across multiple locations within the Stellantis network.
As an experienced professional, the Business Coach is responsible for driving the commercial performance of Stellantis brands within their assigned territory and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. They oversee the deployment of all necessary levers to achieve business objectives and ensure full compliance with New and Used Vehicle standards, as well as contractual requirements.
Serving as the key interface for the Sales Management teams across their area, the Business Coach conducts regular, structured 360° performance reviews. They provide strategic recommendations and support the development of tailored local action plans to grow the business. When performance gaps are identified, they supervise the implementation of corrective action plans and monitor their execution directly in the field.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee commercial performance for new passenger vehicles, new light commercial vehicles, and used vehicles across Stellantis brands.
• Build the monthly business plan by ensuring each dealership deploys the resources required to meet commercial targets.
• Roll out national commercial initiatives and validate local marketing plans based on performance KPIs (product mix, geomarketing insights) and competitive benchmarks.
• Organize and prioritize contact points with dealerships according to business priorities:
o Remote work on predefined topics (information, methods, projects, activity reviews).
o On site working sessions with targeted dealerships (priority: Q3/Q4) focused on business performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure dealerships have the appropriate HR resources (management, sales teams, administrative support, vehicle preparation), and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and skills development.
• Ensure each Stellantis brand’s retail environment is properly implemented (vehicle display, signage, test drive fleet, etc.).
• Verify that Stellantis brand standards are understood, deployed, applied, and actively managed by dealerships.
• Support the ramp up and operational integration of new distributors.
• Promote the development of service activities that support new and used vehicle sales, in collaboration with Business Coaches from related areas (after sales, financing, rental, etc.).
