Job Overview
BUSINESS COACH - 2-The business coach guarantees the achievement of commercial objectives and customer satisfaction within the assigned territory. He/she is the privileged interface of the management of the Points of Sales of the zone, with which he/she regularly carries out structured 360° points. Based on the daily and monthly performance analysis transmitted by the sales support, he/she makes recommendations and contributes to the implementation of appropriate local strategies to achieve the objectives and develop the activity. He/she is in charge of B2B activity for dealers who are not business centers. In the event of proven underperformance, he/she oversees the implementation of an action plan and verifies its execution in the field. In carrying out his mission, he/she relies on the network platform which answers the most recurring operational questions and on the B2B platform for the validation of commercial conditions.
