Staff Engineer, 車載マイコンのFAE (勤務地：東京)
Your Role
東京拠点で特定の車載顧客を深耕し、当社のMCU・メモリ・車載Ethernetスイッチを組み合わせたシステム提案と技術的支援を推進するアカウントFAEとしてご活躍いただきます。
車載半導体のグローバルサプライヤとして、顧客の次世代アーキ検討、量産設計をリードし、社内外を巻き込んで成果につなげます。

アカウント推進
-担当顧客の技術者（意思決定者、設計キーマン、品質・製造・購買）と関係構築
- 顧客ロードマップに沿ったDesign-Winプランの策定と実行
- 競合比較を含むValue Propositionの構築と、顧客への提案・合意形成

技術提案・設計支援
- MCU・メモリ・Ethernetスイッチを組み合わせ、性能・拡張性・統合方針まで含めたシステム構成を提案
- 回路・基板レビュー（電源／クロック／高速信号／メモリI／F）で設計リスクを事前に低減
- 評価・検証をリード（bring-up計画、計測設計、ログ／波形／パケット解析）し、技術資料（設計ガイド／FAQ等）を整備

課題解決・量産支援
- 開発中〜量産中の課題に対する根因解析（HW／SW／相互作用）と対策の主導
- 重大課題のエスカレーション運用（影響、暫定対策、恒久対策、再発防止）を整理し、顧客意思決定を前進
Your Profile
- 電気・電子／情報／制御などの学位、または同等の実務経験
- 車載または組込み領域でのFAE／アプリケーションエンジニア／開発経験（5年以上）
- 開発ツール、プログラミング言語（C言語）の実務経験
- マイコンを用いた電気制御システムをソフト・ハード両面から理解できる
- 社内外の人とチームワークが担えるコミュニケーション能力
- 日本語での顧客折衝能力とビジネスレベルの英語力（電話会議、email、プレゼンテーションなど業務上必要最低限のことが自力でできる）
- 大卒・高専
- 履歴書、日本語、英語の職務経歴書の3点の提出をお願いします
