Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Support team operations by identifying knowledge needs and creating onboarding resources
- Develop and maintain technical documentation using Wiki, Confluence, or similar tools
- Assist in cross-functional coordination to maintain team capacity and project alignment
- Create training materials and support activities to enhance team effectiveness
- Collaborate with software development teams in Agile environments to document processes
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content
- Handle multiple documentation tasks independently while supporting overall team effectiveness
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronical Engineering, Computer Science or a similar field of studies
- More than 1 year of experience in Tech companies (must have)
- Solid understanding of software development concepts including C/C++ and OOP (must have)
- Proficiency with Wiki, Confluence, or similar documentation tools (must have)
- Good collaboration and organizational skills for working in Agile team settings (must have)
- Experience with knowledge sharing, training materials, or team support activities (good to have)
- Fluency in English
