Key responsibilities in your new role
As an IT Senior Engineer, you will deliver high-quality support to the user community while ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and hardware. You will collaborate across teams to maintain efficient service delivery and support business continuity.
- Provide Premium customer support to the user community with a high level of Professionalism
- Deploy, troubleshoot, and support Standardized operating systems and IT hardware including computers, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing systems
- Manage Tickets, tasks, and projects proactively while ensuring timely Status updates
- Maintain and control Hardware inventory with strong Attention to detail and organization
- Ensure compliance with Deadlines and prioritization while coordinating effectively with users
- Collaborate within a Cross-functional IT team across multiple departments and sites
- Act as a Primary point of contact for Second-level support and Incident management both onsite and remote
- Coordinate and optimize the IT hardware supply chain while managing the End-of-life lifecycle of workplace assets and accessories
Your Profile

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a structured way of working. The ideal candidate demonstrates accountability, teamwork, and a customer-focused mindset.
Mandatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT technical support
- Knowledge of Ticket handling, IT standards, concepts, and technologies
- Strong ability to manage Tasks independently with a proactive and organized approach
- Fluent in English (Written and Spoken) including technical terminology
