Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for failure analysis of either customer FAR or BE Production with in-depth knowledge of analytical technologies, lead lower level staff, or lead sub-group independently if have
- Delivery on time FA reports with high quality, establish methods and procedure of equipment maintenance, develop process and system improvement programs and lead team to implement
- Lead and provide training to FA engineer, technicians and operators
- Main focus of at least two competency on core and strategic relevance field of Knowledge: Imaging,Electrical Verification & Localization,Material, Surface & Interface Analysis,Analysis Flow and Failure Mechanisms,Analysis Concepts and Know-how Transfer
- Ensure safety and 5S in accordance to company ESH regulations
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electronics or Physics or Materials or related field
- Minimum 5 years semiconductor experience with bachelor's degree or 3 years with master's degree
- Good operation skill of failure analysis tools such as Microscope, curve tracer, X-ray, SAM, SEM&EDX, chemical preparation, cross-section etc
- High quality of reporting and good skill with MS Office software
- Knowledge of semiconductor backend process or FE process would be an advantage
- Deep knowledge of the concept, procedure of FA and prolonged job experience
- Good analytical and problem solving skil
- Good and proactive communication, logical thinking
- Fluent in English both written and oral, able to communicate with foreigners independently
